Antique ironstone Imari sardine box, with blue fish finial, and underplate.
Measures 7.5 x 7 x 4.5 inches approx (maximum measurement).
Weight 1000g.


 
Condition
Antique sardine box in good condition, but it has been used and definitely doesn't look "new and shiny"! No chips, cracks or repairs. The gilding round the edges of the lid and underplate is rubbed, as you can see, there is some crazing and discolouration on the inside of the box, and on the underplate. Please see photographs.
