Vintage detachable shirt collar. This is a starched cotton wing collar, for formal wear. Summit, by Austin Reed, shape 28. Probably made in the 1920s or early 1930s. You will need a pair of collar studs to fix this collar to your tunic shirt.
These studs are NOT included, but are available separately.(The stud in the photographs is just for display purposes).
Collar size.....15 3/4 inches (to fit shirt size 15 1/4 approx).
Condition:
Vintage collar, nearly a century old, but still in good condition, though not perfect.
Previous owners' laundry marks on inside of collar.
The points of the wing tips are noticeably worn, as shown in the close-up photographs.
