Porcelain collector plate from the Bradford Exchange, with a picture by Christian Luckel. It is called "Vor der Schmiede" (which literally means "in front of the smithy", but is usually called "The Blacksmith"), and is part of the "Lückels idyllisches Dorfleben" (Luckel's idyllic village life) series. Made by Seltmann Weiden, a German porcelain manufacturer, in the 1980s.
Just under 8 inches (20 cm) across.
This is a decorative picture plate to hang on the wall for display, NOT a dinner plate for food use.
Very good condition (used).
