A vintage silk tie and matching pocket square, made in Japan by Rooky.

It has the initials IAPH, representing the International Association of Ports and Harbours.

The handkerchief is about 8 inches square (20 cm).

Colour: Red, with black lettering.
 

Condition:

Unused - the handkerchief is still tacked to the tie, as you can see.

However, the set is clearly some years old, and back of the, and the lining of the blade, have faded over the years.
