Heraldic tie made in England by Tootal, in the 1950s/1960s. I don't know if the crest represents a specific university/school/college, or is just decorative.
This is a vintage tie, made of Terylene. Tootal Gold Quality.
Width 3"... 7.5 cm.
Length 52"...132 cm.
This is a VERY SHORT tie, possibly intended as a school tie for a grammar school or similar, or possibly just short in the general style of postwar ties.
Condition: Vintage tie, several decades old. It has clearly been worn several times, but is still in good clean condition.
