Vintage tie, in club or corporate style.  
With the name Paul Andre on the front. 
Probably made in the late 1960s or thereabouts, though it is hard to be sure, as the label has been removed. 
White and grey polka dots, on burgundy background.
Polyester - probably some sort of Crimplene or Teylene. 
Dry Clean only. 
Width.............. 3 1/4" ............ 8 cm
Length............ 53"...............136 cm
This is a SHORT tie.
Condition:
Vintage tie, in good condition, except that the label has been removed.
