Vintage pottery picture plate. It shows two bandsmen/ musicians with trumpet, drum and cymbals, apparently about to be crushed by the hand of God. This is a relief picture, with a distinctive cartoon-ish style.
It is definitely a decorative plate, to hang on the wall - it is NOT designed for food use!


The back of the plate is pierced, and has some string threaded through it, to hang it up on the wall.

There is a sticker - presumably from the artist or gallery who originally sold it.
This says CERAMICA
CARMEN
LA SABINA
FORMENTERA

(La Sabina is a Spanish town, also spelt La Savina.)

Size is 9 inches across (23 cm) approx.
Weight 620g.


Condition
A few scuffs and scratches, as shown.
But it is an unusual sort of wall plate, and would make a nice cheerful decoration, suitable for most rooms in the house.
