Vintage carved wooden box from India, for jewellery, trinkets, etc. Carved flowers cover the lid and all four sides.
12" x 8" x 3" (30 x 20 x 7.5 cm) approx. Weight 1160g.
Condition: Vintage wooden box, in good condition but not perfect. One of the inner edge pieces is broken, as shown; these are not fixed, so it could easily be slid out and replaced. Some minor knocks, as shown in the close-up photograph next to a coin for size comparison. Lid opens and closes well, but the key is missing.
