Vintage leather half-chaps (gaiters), made in England many years ago. Pentagon brand. They fasten with a metal slot-and-tab at the ankle, and a leather strap and buckle at the top
Measurements (on the outside) are:
Height: just over 11 inches
Round the Ankle: 12 inches
Round the Top: 14.5" to 16" (adjustable).
Weight: 480g.
 
Condition: Good used condition, straps a little worn but no real damage. Could do with a good polish.
